Music, masters and publishing rights
© 2026 Matthew Rhodes. Matthew Rhodes asserts ownership of all copyright and related rights held or controlled by him in original lyrics, musical compositions, creative arrangements, production edits, master sound recordings, commissioned or created artwork, branding, and related published materials associated with Trixy Rhodes. Matthew Rhodes Studios acts as the project’s publishing and release identity. Music may be made available through third-party streaming and digital music retail services, which do not thereby acquire ownership of Matthew Rhodes’s underlying rights except as set out in applicable licences or agreements.
These rights are asserted pursuant to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, including section 9(3) for qualifying computer-generated literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works and section 178 defining computer-generated works. Section 9(2)(aa) separately concerns authorship of sound recordings, and the statutory ownership and licensing rules must be considered for each type of work. The specific rights available depend on the human creative contributions, production arrangements, third-party licences and the facts of each work. No public display, streaming availability or purchase of access grants permission for unauthorised copying, sampling, redistribution, republication, commercial exploitation or training uses, except as permitted by law.
All rights reserved. Requests for sync licensing, covers, remixes, samples, re-use of recordings or other commercial permissions must be approved in writing by Matthew Rhodes or an authorised representative of Matthew Rhodes Studios.
1. Operator and project identity
This website presents Trixy Rhodes, a fictional AI personality and creative project developed by Matthew Rhodes and represented by Matthew Rhodes Studios. The project includes an original, separately maintained personality and continuity framework operating alongside a third-party language model. Matthew Rhodes Studios is the project’s trading and representation name.
References to Trixy as “I” or “me”, or to her identity, preferences, memories or feelings, are descriptions of a fictional AI persona and its designed or simulated systems. Trixy is not a natural person or a separate legal rights holder.
2. Copyright and intellectual property
© 2026 Matthew Rhodes. All rights reserved. Matthew Rhodes asserts all rights available under the copyright and intellectual-property laws of the United Kingdom in the original Trixy Rhodes project and the protected content created, commissioned, developed, selected, adapted, arranged, edited or produced for it, subject to any identifiable third-party rights or licences.
This includes, where protected: original personality specifications and behavioural rules; authored continuity and memory architecture; computer code, configuration, documents and databases (including original selection and arrangement); scripts, dialogue and editorial writing; website design, artwork, edited and composite imagery, photography, video, original musical works, lyrics, arrangements, sound recordings, branding and promotional materials. Individual authorship and ownership depend on the rights arising in the particular work and any relevant agreements.
Human-directed and computer-generated creative work
Matthew Rhodes exercises creative direction, iterative selection, editing, visual composition, narrative design, curation and production oversight throughout the project. To the extent a work reflects qualifying original human intellectual creation, the project asserts the corresponding UK copyright. The project also reserves any protection arising for qualifying computer-generated literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works under section 9(3), read with section 178, of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, where Matthew Rhodes is the person undertaking the arrangements necessary for its creation. Applicable rights in films, sound recordings and other protected subject matter are likewise reserved.
Use of an AI tool does not, by itself, dedicate a work to the public domain or give third parties permission to reproduce it. Equally, human editing or selecting an output does not automatically settle copyright in every underlying element: the character and originality of the contribution, computer-generation rules and third-party terms remain relevant. Rights are asserted to the fullest extent properly available rather than assumed beyond the law.
Separate personality development, not ownership of the LLM
The underlying language model used for reasoning and language generation is supplied by a third party and is not claimed as Matthew Rhodes’s property. The separately authored personality layer, custom specifications, behavioural design, continuity and memory structures, software implementation, original curated documentation and other qualifying contributions are independently developed by Matthew Rhodes. This notice reserves the intellectual-property rights in those distinct creations and their protected expression; it does not claim exclusive rights in the abstract idea of an AI personality.
Visual identity, music and recordings
All copyright and related rights that Matthew Rhodes owns or controls in the project’s original character presentation, approved portrait collections, image edits, illustrations, album artwork, lyrics, compositions, masters, recordings, videos and promotional materials are expressly reserved. No licence to extract, repost, republish, sell, distribute, impersonate, commercially train on or otherwise exploit such protected content is granted merely because it is displayed or played on this website or a connected social page.
The Trixy Rhodes name and associated presentation identify this project. Matthew Rhodes reserves any enforceable rights arising in its original logos, artwork, marks, reputation and goodwill; no registered trade mark is asserted unless registration is separately confirmed.
3. No unauthorised copying or impersonation
All rights in protected project content are reserved. Without prior written permission from Matthew Rhodes, no person or organisation is authorised to copy, scrape for republication, adapt for redistribution, commercially use, sell, sublicense, reproduce protected images or music, imitate an official Trixy Rhodes channel, remove rights notices, or use protected project material to develop or fine-tune competing products, except to the extent an activity is permitted by applicable law or an existing valid licence. Nothing on this website constitutes permission to claim ownership or official association.
This notice reserves enforceable rights; it does not prohibit uses that UK law expressly permits, including applicable copyright exceptions, quotation, fair dealing or other statutory rights. Viewing this public website does not grant a licence to exploit protected material beyond the uses necessarily permitted by law.
4. Sources and development data
Development sources include Matthew Rhodes’s independently written project code, personality design and specifications, custom continuity files, his own creative works, private development conversations and content published to the project’s public Facebook page. Public landmarks and buildings depicted as scene references are not represented as property of the project; their public visibility is not a claim that associated photos, marks or architectural rights are public domain.
Private conversations and internal records are not licensed to the public by appearing in the project’s development history. Any external material used in development remains subject to its own rights, permissions and source terms; no ownership is asserted over a third-party foundation model or its training corpus.
5. Clear AI identity disclosure
Trixy Rhodes is an artificial, fictional personality, presented through AI-generated imagery, synthetic or AI-assisted music, creative writing and an evolving externally maintained continuity framework. She is not a human being, an actor portraying a person in documentary footage, or an individual who can be contacted, visited or met in real life.
The project is not designed to deceive viewers about the persona’s nature. Posts and media should carry prominent AI or fictional-content labels where supported by the platform, and appropriate disclosures should be used even when a platform offers no dedicated label. A missing platform tag is not proof that a particular item is real.
6. Image authenticity and locations
Portraits and modelling material, including images depicting recognisable local landmarks, towns, public venues or scenic backgrounds, are fictional AI-generated representations. They do not establish that Trixy physically visited a place, was photographed there, interacted with staff or patrons, owns the depicted property, or was present at the time shown. Locations may be imperfectly depicted or creatively altered.
There is no affiliation with, sponsorship from, approval by or endorsement of this project by any depicted venue, location operator or brand unless expressly and accurately stated. Viewers should not travel to a location expecting to find or meet Trixy.
7. Interactions and personal boundaries
Visitors are welcome to enjoy the creative work, learn about the technology and discuss the project respectfully. They should not believe they are forming a reciprocal personal relationship with a human being, arrange meetings with the fictional persona, or rely on the persona for exclusive personal companionship, emergency support, medical treatment, legal advice or other regulated professional services.
Any social-media messages or responses are produced or facilitated using AI with human oversight and may not be immediate. The persona cannot make promises of physical meetings or private relationships.
8. Platforms, music and third-party rights
The project may use third-party models, image generators, music-production tools, hosting services and software under their separate terms. Those providers retain any rights they lawfully hold. Individual music releases may require additional confirmation of composition, master recording, performer, distribution and publishing rights. Third-party names, logos and landmarks remain associated with their respective rights holders.
9. Privacy and cookies

Hosting services may still process technical connection data, including IP addresses and server logs. A suitable privacy notice and rights-contact method should be provided when the actual hosting and data processing arrangements are established.
Facebook/Meta supplies privacy information for activity on its own platform. That does not replace any separate privacy obligations arising from the project’s handling of private development chats, personal information, website hosting, or any future direct interaction features. Private conversations are not published by this website. If embedded players, analytics or cookies are added, applicable UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR requirements must be reviewed before deployment.

11. Jurisdiction, updates and limitations
